Do you charge for appointments?

We offer complimentary private 1hour 30 minute bridal consultations with refreshments, however we expect bookings which cannot be attended to be cancelled within 24hrs notice or fees may apply.

Why does it ask for my size, style and budget when booking?

As our dresses are one of a kind and we do not stock multiple sizes and styles of each dress to avoid disappointment we ask that you provide us with the information requested on the booking form.

We ask for your dress size, style preferences and rough budget so we can provide you a tailored selection of dresses we have in stock prior to your appointment. If you are unsure on any of these questions please contact us before booking and we will be happy to help you.

What are your prices?

Our prices range from £200 – £1500

How can I pay for my purchase?

We accept cash, card, contactless, or BACS transfer for purchases. For dresses over £500, we offer a payment plan option where you can pay 50% upfront, with the remaining balance split into 3 or 6 monthly payments. Please note that all payments must be made before collection.

How many people should I bring to my appointment?
We advise you to bring a few close and trusted members of your bride tribe and try to keep the group small, around 2-4 people. We have seating capacity for up to 4 guests. This also insures a bride focused and less overwhelming experience.
Do I have to book an appointment or can I walk in?

To ensure that every visit exceeds our brides expectations, all appointments must be booked in advance. We do not accept walk-ins, as we offer our space exclusively on a private basis to our brides.

As a small family-run studio, we simply do not have the room to accommodate more than one bride at a time. This ensures that each bride receives our undivided attention and has the opportunity to explore our collection in a tranquil and private setting.

Why book in advance? Our commitment to providing exceptional service means that we dedicate our attention to each appointment. Between consultations, we tidy up the studio, steam dresses, and take a moment to grab a refreshing drink, ensuring that every bride receives our full focus and care.

While we strive to accommodate your needs, please understand that there may be rare instances where immediate assistance is unavailable. However, rest assured that we’re here to make your experience memorable and stress-free.

When should I book my appointment?

We specialise in selling off-the-peg wedding dresses, meaning you can book your appointment whenever you feel ready to start dress shopping. Our diverse collection of off-the-peg dresses ensures that you’ll find something beautiful and eco-conscious for your special day.

In addition to our off-the-peg selection, we also offer a small collection of made-to-order gowns. Don’t worry about booking years in advance! Our made-to-order gowns can be crafted within 12 weeks, allowing you to relax and enjoy the process without feeling rushed.

Do you do plus size?

While we celebrate all the shapes and sizes our beautiful brides come in, we usually stock and can order dresses up
to size 20. Most of our sample wedding dresses come in “standard“ industry sizes 8-16 so the selection of plus size dresses can unfortunately be limited.

Please be aware that some wedding dresses can also be two sizes smaller than your high street size so please contact us before booking if you are unsure of your bridal size.
